If any social workers do pop their heads in here, the RPSSUK is desperate to
talk to you if you DO NOT agree with the way things are going

We at the RPSSUK have a window of oppurtunity to make some differences and
we really do need to talk to someone inside who is angry at the way things
go or are sick to death being told to break the rules or laws.

Manager pushing you out because you don't work their way, talk to us and we
will give you the oppurtunity to fight back.

Worried you may be implicated through anothers work or practice, talk to us
and we will make sure you are protected

We understand the excruciating position you must be between Unison and the
managers, we know the sort of payback they will give you if you speak out,
however we now have our own ways and means and we are on to them

We are not looking for whistleblowers and anonymity totally guaranteed
however worried you may be at Unison/managerial reprisals, we at the RPSSUK
know there are good consciencious workers out there who look on in disgust
at their work colleagues practices and many now are finding themselves
pariahs because they won't follow the draconian way of working.

We can protect you, we don't want you to do anything immoral or illegal but
if people come forward and talk to us then we can beard the lion in its den

Talk to us, there is an anonymous emailer on my site, use that, it is
guaranteed fully anonymous. Set up a Hotmail account and use that for
correspondance.

The good ones will perceive you as unfair because you are blaming them for
the actions of the bad ones.

The bad ones will ignore you, probably haven't read your site, probably
can't read in fact.

LOL!

I know what you mean though and we are actively trying to help the good
conscientious workers seperate themselves from the evil and inept, the
oppurtunity is very real though and lets just say it could change things the
way they happen.

If they want to determine for themselves whether they wish to trust or not,
the ball is firmly in their control, its not so much names or addresses but
real info from inside the departments.

If any one knows of a social worker who will talk off record, answer a few
questions not aimed at incriminating them but practices in general, then it
is a matter of urgency to talk to them. We also have calls from selected
media personnel who also would wish to talk to disgruntled social workers, I
can put them in touch with those if they would prefer it, the social worker
will have total control of this, if they change their mind then fine, no
strings, no pressure.
