Does anyone know if a school nurse has the power to medically examine and
file the report for the annual medical examination of a child under a care
order. We think we are being "hoodwinked" by Devon Social Services so that
the childs mother cannot find out whether her daughter (13) is having
under-age sex (Gillet Report ect). At this point in time the mother has not
been allowed to know the boy friends name - childs wishes ect ect. We could
very well be in a position that the child is comiting an offence and Social
Services are condoning it. Any comments ta?

This group is moribund.
Try posting for legal opinion ,maybe advice on
uk.legal
or
uk.legal.moderated
but you would have to expunge reference to Devon
as moderators on that group are scared of possibilities of libel
