Bromley and Waltham Forest got promoted, I was a former victi.. I mean
client of LB of Bromley and boy did they go about it arse faced all the
time.

Isles of Scilly, where on earth did they formed, a few years back IOS was
run by Cornwall County Council SSD, I wonder what levels of "abuse" goes on
down there?

Certainly isn't a populace to even begin a demographia on the levels of
abuse.
