An investigation has begun into how a man who fathered six children with
his daughter evaded detection while sexually abusing her for more than
20 years.
The NSPCC described it yesterday as a "tragic and appalling" case. The
father, aged 51, was jailed for 15 years at Swindon crown court on
Tuesday after being convicted of sexual abuse, including rape,
committing incest, and indecent assault.
His daughter, who is now 31, was eight or nine when the abuse began, but
it was discovered only in November last year.
Three of the victim's children were born with genetic disorders and are
seriously disabled, which has intensified questions about why the abuse
was not spotted earlier.
An inquiry into "whether there are lessons to be learned for the future"
was begun in April by Swindon's vulnerable persons committee, which is
made up of social services, Wiltshire constabulary and Swindon primary
care trust.
An independent consultant approved by the social services inspectorate
will examine the roles of all of these agencies and report in October.

No investigation required - it's already known. Wiltshire Social
Services is stuffed from top to bottom with incompetent ,corrupt and
dangerous staff.

Dangerous psychotic Salisbury social worker

Unbeliebvably the following behaviour is
considered a necessary requirement for
Wiltshire Social Services to work with children
and families section.
Middle of the night,in psychotic rage, 900 pound window
smashing spree - prosecuted by Hampshire Police,
witnessed by and police statement by a near neighbour .
This glass weighed 130 Kg or 2 1/2 hundredweight or
about twice the weight of this dangerous nutter.

It is totally beyond me how someone with this sort
of background can be alllowed to be a social
worker involving children.
I have evidence for all the above but no one
even up to incompetent social services director level will
look into any of it. Instead they tried
prosecuting the whistleblower - failed,
because of too much corruption. Area manager
a John Barton STODDART of Barfoot St Martin,
Salisbury is so corrupt he thought he could submit
a forged letter as evidence against me and get
the Crown Prosecution Service to do his bidding.

Very interesting, but Wiltshire Social Services have had nothing to do
with Swindon since 1997 when Swindon became a unitary authority. In
six years I expect there's been a 200% turnover of staff if most
SSDs are anything to go by.....

Very interesting, but Wiltshire Social Services have had nothing to do
with Swindon since 1997 when Swindon became a unitary authority. In
six years I expect there's been a 200% turnover of staff if most

I am surprised Swindon is larege enough to
be unitary - I thought it was only the likes
of metropolitan areas.

nothing surprises me these days, in the society we live in and nothing has
changed either.

Why we got people here in Brighton who use their kids or other peoples kids
to perform sexually live on their security cams and when u report it, they
say its laughable.

So where does child abuse begin and where does it end!

You cant trust the people who profess to care so who can u trust?
