A psychiatrist who killed her three-month-old daughter and then
committed suicide as a result of mental

illness was a victim of stigma within the NHS, an independent inquiry
concluded yesterday.
Daksha Emson, an Indian doctor who secretly battled against manic
depression as she built a promising
career, died nearly three weeks after she stabbed her child, Freya, then
herself, then doused them both in
an inflammable substance and set it alight. ......

What do they do in social services in similar circumstances? - with
Wiltshire SS ,bugger all except trying to prosecute the whistleblower.

There is a very dangerous psychotic social worker, Stella Maria
CONSTANT, in
Salisbury district of Children & Families. When this dangerous nutter
started phoning me (recorded on tape) in the middle of the night I
contacted
someone i know who is a manager level social worker in Hampshire for
advice. This manager could only give general advice.
Later SMC came over to Hants to kick-in a window of a premises

thinking i was inside at the time. Metre rule laid along the bottom
of the window 10 foot by 6 foot plate glass. This dangerous psychotic
kicked it with such force that it deflected inwards and showered
ALL the broken glass outwards.
The event was witnessed by a near neighbour who came out into
the monsoon-like rain and challenged this nutter who admitted to her
having just deliberately broken the window - no question of identity
,it was S M Constant. This neighbour (name and address known
to me ) made a witness statement to police and expected some sort of
follow-up from Wiltshire social services but no contact. This woman is
still involved with other people's children.
The father of SMC was emergency sectioned for terrorizing
,with a sword and machete,the village of Middle Woodford in Wilts in
March 1984. His daughter has gone the same way. One of her dellusions
is that her son was fathered by a Mervyn Frank Clarke who was murdered
(method,opportunity and motive implicating SMC) 11 months prior to
the birth of her son. The coroner dug-out the reports relating to this
unsolved murder in 1977 and police informed. The person (not me ,
someone now in Surrey) ,aware of the motive evidence since then ,
was never contacted.
Trying to prosecute me by getting ,corrupt Wilts SS
manager,John Barton STODDART to submit a forged letter
as 'evidence' in attempt to prosecute me is the way Wilts SS
deal with such matters - IT DOES NOT WORK.
All material above and below placed in the public domain
for the benefit of the populace of Wiltshire. Don't bother
telling me i'm a deluded nutter as all this material has
passed the UK libel laws - nothing libelous, all based
on solid evidence.

you know how. For someone so "right on" and hard done too, I find your term
"nutter", highly offensive and I cannot hide my sheer distate for your
manner. I have never fully understood your posts to this group. They start
with a quote from some newspaper and invariably lead on to the same, weary
subject you churn out on each and every ocassion. You are unique, a stuck
record, but at least now I can add an offensive one at that. For you to use
the term "nutter" only goes to show the ignorance you must hold regarding
mentally ill people. But then again, after reading your monotonous tomes for
several weeks, you may have more in common with the mentally ill than I care
to imagine.

No doubt you will reply to this and then branch off on another tangent about
your persecutions. Nobody could ever acuse you of not being predictable
anyway.

I've known someone since he just started psychiatric nursing
and is now more the management side of psychiatric nursing.
I queried his use of the term "the nutters" when refering to
his patients in conversation. His reply was it is the terminology
they use amongst the staff and was unconcerned about any non-PCishness.
